Polymath Research Launches Partnerships Across Europe and America to Mainstream Tokenization

Polymath is building a strong and interconnected infrastructure that will transform the future of market tokenization.

Polymath Research, an innovator in blockchain infrastructure for private markets, has announced a wave of strategic partnerships with leading tokenization and digital asset companies worldwide. The company tried to partner with other companies to expand its global footprint and fulfill its mission to bring tokenization into the mainstream of traditional finance.

As a pioneering force in fintech, the company is reshaping the global financial landscape through the power of tokenization. Its innovative white-label Software as a Service (SaaS) platform helps to change the way the private security market operates by seamlessly turning real-world assets into digital tokens.

Polymath offers a scalable and highly customizable solution, allowing its issuers to design compliant and efficient issuance processes while integrating seamlessly via APIs with custodians, fund-management services, tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and (Know Your Customer(KYC)/Anti-Money Laundering(AML) providers. The company’s goal is to provide institutional-grade security, liquidity, and efficiency within private markets.

From the heart of European capital markets to community-focused tokenization movements in the United States, Polymath is building a strong and interconnected infrastructure that will transform the future of market tokenization.

To achieve its goal, it has announced partnerships with Black Manta Capital Partners, Patina Capital, and CycleX.

Black Manta Capital Partners, a pioneer in regulated asset tokenization, will use Polymath’s white-label Capital Platform to offer tokenization and asset management services throughout Europe. Additionally, it helps in contributing deal flow and regulatory knowledge to Polymath’s network.

Real estate investment company Patina Capital is leading community-driven real estate tokenization with its $375 million Westinghouse project in Cleveland, Ohio. It helps local community members to invest in major regeneration projects through Polymath’s white-label Capital Platform.

CycleX, a digital asset infrastructure company, will merge its comprehensive fund management experience with its specialized security token blockchain to simplify the tokenization of real-world assets, thereby improving issuance and lifecycle management for a wide range of assets.

The company made these announcements after previous collaborations with the fintech, including partnerships with Ocree Capital, REtoken, Republic, AlphaPoint, and Paysafe, as well as integrations with Wallet Tech from Dfns and GK8 by Galaxy.

REtokens USA Inc. has effectively tokenized about $66 million in real estate investments, with an extra $34 million in ongoing contracted projects. Collectively, this amounts to $100 million in tokenized real estate offerings, illustrating how Polymath provides secure, transparent, and specialized infrastructure that facilitates large-scale real estate tokenization.

Vince Kadar, CEO of Polymath, noted that conventional financial institutions lack confidence in the security and reliability of tokenization, which is why they established the partnerships mentioned above. By creating a trustworthy and dependable ecosystem, they have to help traditional institutions gain confidence in tokenization. From advanced institutional partnerships in Europe to community initiatives in the American Midwest, the company tries to show how tokenization can help create inclusive opportunities to generate wealth, all while adhering to strict regulatory standards.

This announcement happens after the company almost completes its current funding phase, which is anticipated to conclude on September 4, 2025, but before its announcement of public listing through a reverse takeover with AnalytixInsight Inc., highlighting its market momentum and the scalability of its technology across various asset classes and jurisdictions.

AnalytixInsight is a private Canadian digital technology company. It, along with Polymath Research Inc., has announced that it has signed an amalgamation agreement dated March 3, 2025. This agreement will result in the amalgamation of Polymath and Subco into an entity known as “Amalco,” leading to the reverse takeover by Polymath.

Vince Kadar, Chief Executive Officer of Polymath, shared that as a publicly listed company, the company will assist in asset transformation through security tokenization, opening new ways to create value and scale technology to meet the increasing demand for blockchain-powered financial solutions. This milestone helps the company to drive innovation, fuel sustained growth, and unlock fresh new pathways for their customers, investors, partners, and the broader market.
